About the Project
Voltalia UK Ltd (‘Voltalia’) is developing Rainsbrook Solar Farm located adjacent to Rugby Road and approximately 1km south-east of Rugby.
Rainsbrook Solar Farm was granted planning permission in April 2023 by West Northamptonshire Council (application reference. WND/2022/0243).
Documents submitted for the planning application can be viewed on the West Northamptonshire Planning Register.

The planning application for Rainsbrook Solar Farm was submitted to West Northamptonshire Council in March 2022.
Planning permission for Rainsbrook Solar Farm was granted in April 2023.
Voltalia attended the Kilsby Climate Action Festival and presented on the benefits and challenges of renewable energy.
